It has come to our attention that Airbnb's AI is now actively reviewing the content of links sent via their messaging platform. Specifically, they are focusing on sections in guidebooks that promote alternative booking avenues. If a guidebook includes a "book again" section or similar content promoting platforms other than Airbnb, there's a risk that the host's account may be delisted.
To avoid this, we recommend the following practices:
Avoid Other Booking Platforms in Airbnb Messaging: Make sure that your guidebooks shared via Airbnb do not reference or promote any booking channels besides Airbnb.
